Moss’ contract to void
Washington Redskins wide receiver Santana Moss’ current contract will be voided five days after the Super Bowl.
Moss will become an unrestricted free agent as soon as a new collective bargaining agreement is drafted.
The wide receiver has been the team’s top pass-catching weapon for several seasons but has grown tired of losing.
He finished 2010 with a career-high 93 receptions and also had six touchdowns and more than 1,000 yards.
It will be interesting to see if Moss is interested in returning to Washington or if he wants to be signed by a contender.
